Vikings vs. Bears Ticket Holder:
As you may or may not be aware, the Minnesota Vikings have announced how tickets will be re-issued for the game on Monday, December 20th at TCF Bank Stadium. Their policy is as follows: lower level ticket holders will receive lower level seating access on a general admission basis until seating is at capacity beginning at 5 PM. Upper level ticket holders will receive upper level seating access on a general admission basis beginning at 5:30 PM. Line queues to get into the stadium will open at 4 PM.
Ticket King is offering TWO OPTIONS for current ticket holders:
1. If you would like to use your tickets to attend the game, we will apply an in-store credit on your Ticket King account for the amount over the face value that you paid for your tickets (less shipping). This in-store credit does not expire and can be used towards any event that we sell tickets to.
2. If you do not wish to attend the game, you can opt to receive a full in-store credit (less shipping) on your Ticket King account. Again, this in-store credit does not expire and can be used towards any event that we sell tickets to.
- IF THIS IS THE OPTION YOU WOULD LIKE TO SELECT, WE NEED YOUR TICKETS BACK IN OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN NOON ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 18TH.
- IF THIS IS THE OPTION YOU WOULD LIKE TO SELECT AND YOUR TICKETS ARE CURRENTLY IN OUR OFFICE WAITING FOR PICK UP, YOU MUST EMAIL cortney@ticketking.net NO LATER THAN NOON ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 18TH
If we do not hear from you by noon on Saturday, option one will automatically be applied to your order.
Ticket King apologizes for any confusion this week surrounding this game and the short notice of the Saturday deadline. This is the deadline imposed by the Vikings and the NFL for returning tickets. We are just as disappointed as you are that this situation was not handled differently by the NFL and the Vikings.
